Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Construction Of High Level Sports Teams In Colleges And Universities In Hunan Province

The project layout is not reasonable.2Organizational Leadership:a sound organizational structure, leadership attention, targeted planning long-term, but part of the school is not explicitly target time.3sports team management:recruitment policy strictly, student status management clear,"three to100%in the proportion of,"anchored" phenomenon less.
