Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Management Of High-level Sports Teams In Colleges And Universities In Heilongjiang Province

High-quality comprehensive sports talent were being attention by the whole world,since the high level sports team held by our country in 1986.The colleges and universities have made a contribution to cultivating the high level athletes which is both athletic and cultural,and also got some achievements.But the efforts and achievements need to be improve from the view of the overall consequent.There still exist some problems to be solved.Such as management issues of high-level sports teams.And this article makes a corresponding investigation and research on the current situation of the management of high level sports teams in universities of Heilongjiang Province,,from the aspects of enrollment,studying,training,competition,interpersonal relationships between athletes and coaches.This paper analyzes the management on the basis of literature consultation,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logic analysis.The author puts forward that the university should not implement the measures of reducing the credit for the athletes with higher level of competition,and should strictly control the high level athletes' cultural level,Coupled with the few people raised before the coaches on the athletes emotional training research.Through research to find its shortcomings.This paper aims to find the shortcomings by study,and puts forward some reasonable reform measures and suggestions for the cultivation of high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.This effort have great significances to promote physical education and the future of the athlete's,as well to improve popularity of the schools,to expand the impact of higher education.Through the implementation of reasonable management which is good to improve sports skills and cultural knowledge,to create high-quality comprehensive sports talents.Through the above research:(1)the high level of high school sports team students are generally from high school students,and also parts of the athletes from the sports school.(2)Grouping of classes Is usually in random selection and high level athletes are in low culture.Because of the delay in the study of the situation of training or competition,some high schools didn't take corresponding measures,can't improve the interest of learning of the athletes.(3)Most of the athletes are the national secondary level,high level sports carried by Heilongjiang province is very few,high level coaches are in low educational background,which is unable to develop thinking in the training.Training time can not be fully guaranteed and training efficiency isn't high enough,the number of participated competitions is very few.Most games are generally provincial competitions.(4)Most high-level athletes are lack of experience of major competition.There existing disharmony relationships between coaches and athletes.(5)The communication and exchange between coaches and athletes is deficiency,ignoring high level of athlete's development of the outlook on life and the outlook of value.
