| s significant forces for the growth of21century’s socialism, college students are to be the focus of the education, from the perspective of Chinese government. With the updated improvements of education, and regard to the pragmatic purpose of body-building for the female students in campus, the course, which is based on the principles of measuring and evaluating of students’exercise abilities, is designed to test their physical situations from various aspects, and also provides references to the theories and practice for the course in Yunnan University. The research’data bases on the targets of the students’groups from non-PE majors in Yunnan University, grade2010, aged18to22, and who are selected from PE course:body-building, aerobics, and table tennis. All the103sophomores come from11different schools, majoring in20subjects. The methods contain interviews, questionnaires, experiments, and statistics, to estimate the course from the structure and its consequences. Here are the results:1From different aspects:age, identification and psychological pattern, the research analyzes varied characteristics of students’bodies, the abilities to absorb knowledge and future developments. Pursing the origin of female body’s aesthetic values, fulfilling the demand of female students to have an attractive figure, the course is designed to meet next principles:to promote students’physical health based on their demands; to hone their aesthetic abilities; to enhance the qualities of their lives.2The course includes four parts:physical exercising, body figuring, gesture cultivating, and elegance forming. The process of the course stretches into three systems:attempts, elementary exercises, and advanced trainings.3The girls increase a certain amount of fat and become taller after adolescence, but by physical exercises they are supposed to lose unnecessary weight and shaping their figures. However, different PE courses bear distinguished effects on them. Only the compulsory PE courses in campus are far from being adequate to students, so PE related clubs and activities, in and out of campus, would prove be beneficial and necessary supplements.4The figures of female college students don’t develop well, because they never catch any useful information on the issue from parents and schools, including primary schools, middle schools and high schools. Moreover, they seldom get the chance to exercise their figure since young. Even worse, not mentioning their ignorance of how to keep their body fit and attractive, they are more or less negatively influenced by today’s mass media on how to keep figures appealing. So the course will definitely help them on these problems.5To fulfill students’demand to be aesthetically appealing, attempting various methods to exercise brings alters that are steadily promote students’health. Although the course’s goal is to reshape female college students’figures and provide them more chances to exercise, the limitations are, in the same time, obvious:it needs more research on the relative theories and more practice in campuses, so that they could benefit each other and be effective in the long run. |
