Objective:High intensity interval training(HIIT)has become one of the hottest ways of fitness.Through this study,to understand whether HIIT can effectively improve the female college students body shape,body composition and VO2max,according to changes of various indicators,explore the influence mechanism;through the observation of two different modes of HIIT in improving female college students'body shape,body composition and maximal oxygen difference between two kinds of knowledge,different patterns of HIIT training,provide the basis for the female college students choose HIIT model.which is more economical and effective to improve the physical health of female college students.Methods:The ordinary college female students from Nanjing Normal University in 90,with an average age of 20.09 years,were divided into HIIT1 group,HIIT2 group and control group,each group of 30 people.Group HIIT1 and group HIIT2 were treated with HIIT exercise for 8 weeks(3 days/week).The control group did not take extra exercise outside their daily life.HIIT1 group and HIIT2 group exercise action jumping,in half and vertical and horizontal support leg,exercise time is 19min.Three movements as a circle of HIIT1 group,each exercise 20s,rest 20s,at the end of a cycle of rest 30s,immediately after the rest of 30s horizontal brace,a total of 9 cycles;group HIIT2,each exercise 1min,rest 1min,at the end of a cycle of rest 2min,i.e.vertical horizontal bracing rest 2min after a total of 3 cycles.During exercise,the intensity is monitored by the heart rate,so that the intensity is not less than 85%HRmax.During the intervention,the subjects kept the habit of eating and living.Before and after intervention,8 indexes of waist hip ratio,BMI,body weight,body fat rate,body fat content,skeletal muscle content,visceral fat area and maximal oxygen uptake were measured.Results:After 8 weeks intervention of HIIT:(1)HIIT1 group and HIIT2 group in body shape index of the WHR,BMI and body weight,body fat,body composition index rate,body fat content,skeletal muscle content,visceral fat area,and the 8 indexes were improved VO2 max,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01);visceral fat area showed significant decrease(P<0.01),maximal oxygen uptake was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the other indexes(P>0.05).(2)There is no significant difference in the waist to hip ratio,BMI,body weight,body fat rate,body fat content,skeletal muscle content,visceral fat area and maximal oxygen uptake between HIIT1 group and HIIT2 group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)8 weeks,HIIT exercise can improve the body shape,body composition and VO2 max of female college students,and the improvement effect of visceral fat area is not known.(2)There was no difference between the two different models of HIIT in improving the body shape,body composition and maximum oxygen uptake of female college students.
