The Research On The Present Situation And Strategies Of Chinese Cheerleading

Chinese Cheerleading is one of the most important tournaments in China, and it is a typical case of the cheering gymnastics competition. The three years’development of the tournament can be described as "quick, steady and fast", and the mode of management has changed from self-management to commercial management. Chinese Cheerleading made the other cheering gymnastic games popular all around the country. And what’s more, the ability of the players was improved in the tournament, the national representatives of the cheering gymnastics begin to show high-level performance in the international competition. All these showed that the value of Chinese Cheerleading, and suggested that the bright future of the cheering gymnastics tournament. Otherwise, there are still some problems in the tournament which may be restraint the further development of the cheering gymnastics tournament.In order to bring about the ever-lasting development of Chinese Cheerleading, the thesis studies the current situation of the tournament by academic study methods such as article reviewing, experts interviewing, and down-to-field inspecting and comparing analysis, and analyzes the current situation of Chinese Cheerleading. The conclusion can be drawn as follows:1. the current situation of the cheering gymnastics in China is recently started, lack of competition ability and small in scale;2. Chinese Cheerleading has showed a great potential in the future, but there are some problems existing in the management, organization and promotion by analyzing the three tournaments in past three years;3. the concrete problem of the cheering gymnastic tournament are the ability of the players is not good enough, and the level among different areas is imbalanced, and the concept of preventing risks is lacked, and the investment for the tournament service is not big enough, and the mode of the management is not optimized;4. in order to overcome these shortcomings of the tournament, the thesis gives some advises. They are improving the quality of the tournament products, enhancing the major competitive ability, encouraging and requesting the poor areas to take part in the tournament, increasing the investment of the tournament service to improve the quality of the service, taking advantage of the function of the tournament management effectively, improving the managerial strategy to expand the ways to collect money and publishing the laws and regulations to build up the systematic protection.
