The objective of research: Based on the core strength training skills cheerleaders athletes different training methods, in order to the practice and research of athletes can more perfect finish all kinds of stunner, excellent achievements through research, and also hope to skill training methods for the development has cheerleaders reference and guidance value.Methods of research: The methods of literature data, interview, experimentation and math theory statistics are mainly adopted in this text.Results of research: The author finds out that the training methods on technique cheering squad in China is limited and that there is no research of training on core strength of cheering exercise at all by referring to abundant information. The author has done 12-week research in practice in the aspect of training on core strength of technique cheerleading athletes and made analysis of results through the way of comparison between two groups as follows: 1,Through training methods of core strength, the four types of abilities of athletes are improved more greatly than the preliminary test, especially the ability that core muscles control body to reverse is increased by 64.09% in average. The range of rise is relatively more evident than other items and of the ability that core muscles control body to reverse and the extensor controlling ability as well as body side muscles controlling ability reaches above 40%. The effect is marked. 2,Enhance the core competence of the control group is low overall, especially the core competence of the body balance, control and flexor extensor control to enhance the range is not obvious.The body strength is exercised generally in a way of adopting singular training on the lumbar muscles and abdominal muscles, which is not in line with the characteristics of this program. Technique cheering exercise requires complicated and difficult moves to be completed in the fast rhythm. All of moves are completed under the unstable circs, which needs much stronger core muscles for stabilization and balance. Therefore, after 12-week general training of body strength, although core ability has been improved, the range is not evident. That demonstrates that after the students in two groups are trained in different way for 12 weeks, significant discrepancy exists in the physical upgrading, mainly core ability. 3,Through analysis in comparison, the increase of the scores after experimentation is mainly in the reason of great improvement in the quality of moves. According to moves combination, the concrete exhibition of different difficulties is ;the velocity of moves is fast ;the pose is elegant ;the technique of moves is accurate ;the extent of moves is great;the process of overall moves is clear. Through empirical research of 12-week core strength training, core ability of technique cheerleading athletes and the quality of completion in difficulty combination get improved obviously. This demonstrates that the application of methods of core training plays a significant role in improving core strength of body.Conclusion: Through 12 weeks core strength training experimental results show: taking the core strength training "as the theoretical guidance, a new method of training methods suitable for skills training, and to the body cheerleaders core region muscle ability enhancement obviously, especially in the body balance enhancement in the most significant, and on the skill cheerleaders difficulty movement combination record enhancement has remarkable effect.
