The sports industry is a reflection and symbol of the development of the domestic economy and overall public health status. The cheerleader sports, which is a newly-rising sports in this country is certainly becoming more prosperous as the development the living standard and households wealth, more significantly, the potential market of this sports as a public entertainment. The potential of commercializing the sports and the unreached market is obvious, which has been evidently proved in most developed countries. After the successful host of the Beijing Olympic Games2008, the activities or shows for the sports events or matches has increased their popularity, which result in the remarkable development and improvement of the market. Yet losing critical thinking, the development may combine with conflicts or other on-going issues. Specifically, in this subject, what we shall definitely take into consideration is vary, for instance, the distribution, promotion and brand building for the marketing of the sports, moreover, the funding and the sponsorships and eventually the restriction and regulation of the state for the entire industry. Furthermore, from the perspectives of the author, the raise of the awareness of both public and government towards the industry is vital for the development and the popularity in the near future.Based on the description above, the dissertation will present an in-depth analysis of the current development of the industry of sports performing in China, by comparing with the NBA professional teams and the successful case of the TSINGTAO cheerleader group in China, to illustrate a constructive blueprint and directions for the further development of the business in China.In terms of methodology, which has been adopted in the accomplishment of the research, the author applied for a range of forms, namely, questionnaires, interviews, case stud, quoting and the statistics analyzing, in the light of the commercialization of the sports in the particular country-China. The major resources of the theoretical articles are mainly based on the Sports Management, the Sports Economy and the Sports Training, in the purpose to support the data of the existing cheerleader groups in four major cities in China, the conclusions of the author are as following: 1) the commercial cheerleading of domestic at this stage of the market no commercial professional promotion plan, no clear strategic direction and market-oriented, commercial form does not embody the maximum.2)the commercial cheerleading of domestic only a few teams have a sound organizational structure, strict and reasonable regulations.3)the commercial cheerleading of domestic in the current development, most of groups are in the part of shortage of funds or capital risk.4)the domestic commercial cheerleader faced mobility problems that defy solution. According to the above problems, put forward the feasible suggestions from four aspects:(1) all round promotion of website and media (2) formulationrelated policy (3) to diversify the direction of development (4) program inpersonnel training...
