| In the gradual development of China's Professional Basketball League,basketball cheerleaders gradually into the public view,even in the eyes of some fans,basketball cheerleading has been inseparable from the basketball tournament.The growth time is not long,there is still the main reason for the improvement of CBA cheerleading and NBA cheerleading.The NBA cheerleading,its operation mode,especially the cultural concept,system and internal quality has developed to a very mature level,which is worthy of our study.This paper compares the NBA and CBA operation mode of cheerleaders cheerleading,trying to explore the differences between NBA and CBA of the cheerleaders cheerleading,focusing on the use of AHP combined with China's actual and local characteristics of where we are now to find the relevant factors of CBA cheerleading development,provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of China's CBA cheerleading,find a line with China's national conditions and adapt to the development of CBA system of road cheerleading League.The results show that:1.Cultural beliefs.: 1)The overall factors,NBA and CBA cheerleading exist "cultural deficiency" and "cultural saturation","individual concept" and "the overall concept" difference.2)Personal factors,NBA focus on the analysis of thinking led to the focus on the individual,the basketball court as the stage of self-expression,self realization of the value of space;CBA cheerleading stressed the team ignore individuality,emphasize the duty and responsibility,emphasizing the cooperation between players.3)Social factors,the United States of "quality oriented view" and China's "exam oriented view",forming a difference between the quality of the players,but also affect the performance of NBA and CBA cheerleaders important factors.2.Systems and mechanism:1)NBA system more mature cheerleading,cheerleading belonging to the basketball team club,not only has the authority,also has the relevant supervision system;and the CBA cheerleading management is rough,the lack of management system and supervision system,which is also a temporary cheerleader formed according to the task.2)NBA and the comparison between the players and the players of the basketball team is very low,but fortunately,it belongs to the basketball club,the salary is guaranteed,the personal interests of cheerleaders can be guaranteed.Most of the CBA cheerleaders and the club belong to the employment relationship,and the signing of the contract is not related to the work of welfare protection.3)NBA cheerleading has a complete system of personnel training and selection,and the selection of CBA cheerleaders depends entirely on the individual factors of the team leader,there is no complete selection process and mechanism.3.Internal overall quality:1)NBA cheerleading dance form is rich,and the choreography is more mature,the difficulty is also reflected the level of professional skills,CBA cheerleading is poor,there is a gap between the quality of individual players.2)NBA cheerleading with full-time coaches and players,to devote the most are CBA;cheerleading players and coaches,players and part-time more,and a part of itself has no relevant work experience.The following suggestions are put forward to solve the above problems:1.The gradual formation of China's unique CBA cheerleading culture.2.Improve cheerleading management system.3.Complete CBA cheerleading talent selection mechanism and training ability.4.Strengthen cooperation with the media.5.The establishment of CBA cheerleading brand. |
