System Of Health And Physical Education Teachers Of Japanese Culture

Health issue has been one of the most concerned topics. As the rapid development of information society, people pay more and more attention to health. School health education is one of the most effective and convenient methods to deal with health problem. However, how to ensure the quality of school health education, especially the professionalism and cultivation approaches of health education teachers have been the main factors bothering school health education. The teachers of health education in China also face the following three questions:①Serious shortage of health education teachers, and professional level is not high;②The lack of effective health education teachers’pre-service training;③The certification of health education teacher still need more effort to improve. So China in urgent need of building integrated system of health education teacher training,which is including talent selection, pre-service training, after training, evaluation and certification and so on.In the process of internationalization of education, the training systems in western developed countries are more mature, Japanese teachers’ training system is a good model to research. The school health education in Japan is mainly undertaken by the health protection physical teachers. So this thesis focuses on researching the training system of health protection physical teacher in Japan. Mainly introduce the reform of training system of the Japanese health physical teachers after1990s.Japanese health protection physical teacher training system reform basically has the following several aspects:①The update of the legal system of health protection physical teacher.②The revolution of training organization of the health protection physical teacher, which sets up "faculty and graduate school".③The reform of training courses of health protection physical teacher-from science center to practice center.④Establish certification system of health protection physical teacher.⑤The reform of employment evaluation system of health protection physical teacher. This thesis will research Japanese health protection physical teacher training system from this five aspects.On the basis of analysis the characteristics of Japanese health protection physical teacher training system, supply the theoretical and practical significance for the training system of Chinese health education teachers, the setting up courses in university, the health education teacher certification and so on.
