Geographic video resources by voice, video, pictures, text and otherelements interweave records including the natural ecology, cultural environment andother kinds of geographical phenomenon. In field of geographical phenomena andthings, watch the video can give people an immersive feel. Along with the rapiddevelopment of education informationization and change the traditional teachingmode calls for continuous improvement, more and more, geography, knowledge andeducation experts and a line of geography teachers realize the importance of videoclass geography curriculum resource value.The author of the study is divided into six parts:(1) this paper expoundsthe problem of this study put forward the reason, research status at home andabroad, this papers research purpose and significance, research of theoretical basis,research method, innovation points, etc;(2) defines the meaning of "videoresources", in this paper Outlines the present form of the video resources, introduceshow to acquire video resources, etc.;(3) on the operation of high school teachers inthe teaching video resources and the use of video resources impact on studentlearning has carried on the questionnaire survey and analysis;(4) summary of thehigh school geography teaching the implementation of the use of video resourcesstrategy;5. Show some cases to show the real value of the use of video in teachingresources;6. Combing and summary on the research and analysis in the future fromwhat Angle to further study of this subject.In this study, the author focuses on how the existing geographicalteaching video material made available for use of resources, and according to theneeds of teaching design, research and analysis the advantages and the existingproblems and put forward the implementation strategy and teaching Suggestions,effectively integrated into the high school geography teaching, the activation oftraditional geography teaching, systematically construct a new geography teachingmode based on geographic video resources. The author expect to do research to help the students to promote geographic academic level on the basis of a lifelonggeography enthusiasts, also looking forward to through the authors topic, more andmore high school geography teachers can be more deeply into the study.
