The Study Of Universities For Nationalities Advancing Popularization Of Marxism

Report of the17th national congress explicitly proposed "to carry out the publicity activities of socialism system with Chinese characteristics, to promote the popularization of modern Chinese Marxism ". Report of the18th national congress emphasized over again, firstly, advancing localization, modernization and popularization of Marxism in China, secondly, persistently arming the whole party and educating people with the theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Party Central Committee putting forward and emphasizing Marxism popularization has brought new challenges and opportunities for how to propagandize and popularize Marxism among college students, how to carry on the education of Marxism effectively and achieve Marxism popularization of college students. It is especially important for multi-culture Universities for Nationalities to advance popularization of Marxism efficiently.Yanbian University is a comprehensive university with distinctive national features. As a multicultural university locating in the northeast Asia, it has more research value than ordinary universities in the aspect of promoting the Marxism popularization.The paper makes detailed analysis and research on the following issues:the scientific connotation and essential feature of Marxism popularization, and the relationship between Marxism localization and modernization. On this basis, the paper, facing undergraduate students of Yanbian University, makes detailed and comprehensive investigation, studies on modern students’mastery and recognition of Marxism popularization and students’satisfaction in the college education of Marxism. Finally find out the problems in the process of advancing popularization of Marxism.
