The university students’ main task are to fullfill their school work, which will be influenced by positive mental state, and these include their cognition, emotion and behavior. Professional values of college students can be projected out of the students’ attitude in specific study and future work, which will affect what kind of attitude they will have toward their lives and studies. Their attitude to school work can also cast out the problems they need to pay attention to in establishing and cultivating professional values. So the author choose psychological capital as intermediary variables, trying to verify the positive reinforcement effect of psychological capital factors’ on professional values and academic burnout, and meanwhile the relationship between them.The subjects of the research were300Korean nationality university students which were taken randomly from YanBian university. In the research, three questionnaires were used. They are Professional values questionnaire、Psychological capital questionnaire and Academic burnout questionnaire. In these three questionnaires we tried to get the the present sate of their Professional values, psychological capital and academic burnout and meanwhile the author did some research and analysis on the difference in their gender, grade, major, only child or not. So as to enrich related research results, and provide reference for the current education.This article launches the research mainly from the following four aspects:1、The overall situation of the Korean nationality university students in their professional values, psychological capital, and academic burnout;2、The difference of Korean nationality university students’professional values, psychological capital, and academic burnout in gender, grade, major, only child or not;3、The difference within Korean nationality and Han nationality students in professional values, psychological capital, and academic burnout;4、Discuss the relationship of professional values, psychological capital and academic burnout of Korean nationality university students.The research results are as follows:1、 The Korean nationality university students’ professional values and each dimension are at a higher level as a whole. The scores of the seven dimension form the highest to the lowest are ranged as follows:development, environment, independence, creation, material, altruism, and achievement. There is abvious sex difference in the Overall and development dimensions of students’ professional values; significant differences are exist in the overall and the dimension of environment achievement、development of students’grades in vocational values; there are notable major difference in the overall and the dimension of meterial、environment、 occupational of students’vocational values; and meanwhile the author also got marked difference on the altruism dimensions of the students whether single child or not in students’professional values.2、The Korean nationality university students’psychological capital is well. The score of the four dimension from the highest to the lowest are as follows:hope、self-eddicacy、optimism and resilence. There is a noteworthy sex difference in optimistic dimensions of students’ psychological capital; significant grade differences are exist in the overall and the dimensions of hope in psychological capital. Psychological capital as the growth of the grade and gradually increase; the scores of the major are notably different in the overall and other dimensions in psychlogical capital; there is not marked difference on wether the stuent singal or not in the overall and other dimensions in psychological capital.3、There is a serious academic burnout phenomenon in the Korean nationality university students. Misconduct is the most serious, followed by depression, low sense of achievement. There is a major sex and grade differences in the low achievement dimension in academic burnout; the author also found notable major difference in the overall and low achievement dimensions in academic burnout; there are not significant differences whether single child or not difference in the overall and other dimensions in academic burnout.4、Korean nationality university students’achievement score is significantly higher than the Han nationality college students’. There is no significant difference between the Korean nationality university students’psychological capital and the Han nationality university students; Korean nationality university students’ school burnout in general and each dimension score were significantly higher than the Han nationality college students’5、There are significant relation at different level between Korean nationality university students’ professional values, psychological capital, and academic burnout. Professional values has a prediction function toward psychological capital, and academic burnout; psychological capital has a prediction effect on academic burnout6、Psychological capital in professional values and academic burnout is a complete mediation effect, professional value can indirectly through psychological capital predict academic burnout.
