Among the college students,the rate of truancy in professional basic courses is about 20%,and the rate of truancy in public basic courses is not optimistic,as much as50%.Moreover,according to the survey,in all the colleges and universities,the phenomenon of truancy exists among the college students,so it is worth pondering why there is learning burnout among the college students.Through literature review,we can see that most of the previous studies on subjective well-being and academic burnout are based on primary and secondary school students,few on college students,and psychological capital as an intermediary to study the relationship between them.The research object of this paper is the college students in Shanxi Universities,who are sent out questionnaires to understand their basic learning conditions,and then analyze the basic situation of academic burnout,and analyze the causes of academic burnout from various angles,sort out and study these influencing factors,and analyze the conclusions,so as to improve the learning quality of college students Quantity.In this study,a total of 1100 questionnaires were distributed in Colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,of which 115 were invalid and 985 were valid.SPSS18.0 software was used to analyze the valid data.The analysis conclusions are as follows: first,there is a negative correlation between the subjective well-being of college students and learning burnout,that is,the stronger the subjective well-being of college students,the weaker their learning burnout,and vice versa 2? There is a positive correlation between College Students' subjective well-being and psychological capital.That is to say,if college students are more and more satisfied with happiness,then psychological capital will increase accordingly,and vice versa.Thirdly,there is a negative correlation between College Students' psychological capital and learning burnout,that is,if college students' psychological capital is stronger,their learning burnout will be weaker Fourth,as an intermediary,psychological capital plays an intermediary role between College Students' subjective well-being and learning burnout.In view of the above research,the author puts forward the following suggestions:from the perspective of improving subjective well-being,to improve college students' academic burnout,the specific measures include: setting goals,achieving them step by step;guiding college students to form a correct world outlook,outlook on life,values;building a positive work group,enriching campus life.From the perspective ofimproving psychological capital,to improve college students'academic burnout,the specific measures include:adjusting the tension;meeting the needs,autonomous learning;many encouragement,stimulate interest in learning.The results of this study will help to further understand the relationship among college students' subjective well-being,academic burnout and psychological capital,and provide some reference for future researchers.
