Job burnout is a work-related stress reaction and is regarded as a major public health problem,often appearing in service industries such as teaching and healthcare.Education and teaching is a process full of emotional challenges and intensive interactions,which can easily lead to teacher burnout.Studies have shown that the turnover rate of preschool teachers has reached as high as 65%,and occupational burnout is an important factor affecting teachers' occupational burnout.Teacher burnout will not only cause problems such as poor quality of life,job dissatisfaction,and reduced teaching efficiency of teachers,but also endanger the development of physical and mental health of preschool teachers,causing depression,insomnia,and physical and mental fatigue.To this end,it is necessary to explore a way to alleviate the job burnout of preschool teachers from a new perspective,so as to help the preschool teachers form and maintain a positive working state.Studies have shown that psychological empowerment,as a positive mental state of work,can positively predict individual job burnout.However,there are few studies on the mechanism of the relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout.Therefore,this study will use professional identity and psychological capital as intermediary variables to further analyze the chain intermediary role of psychological identity in the process of occupational identity and psychological capital in the process of psychological burnout of teachers.Based on the theoretical study of variables,this study used the convenient sampling method to select 411 preschool teachers from 14 kindergartens in J city as the research object,using the preschool teacher psychological authorization scale,the teacher occupational burnout scale,the preschool teacher occupation identity scale The Psychological Capital Scale of Teachers investigates the level of psychological empowerment,job burnout,occupational identification and psychological capital of early childhood teachers.On this basis,SPSS 23.0 was used to enter and analyze the data,and the SPSS macro(http://www.afhayes.com)compiled by Hayes(2012)was used to analyze the relationship between the research variables.The results showed that :(1)There are significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment and job burnout of preschool teachers with different teaching ages;there is no significant difference in occupational identity and psychological capital level.(2)There are significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment of preschool teachers with different educational backgrounds,and there is no significant difference in the level of job burnout andpsychological capital.(3)There are significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment and job burnout of preschool teachers with different professional titles,and no significant differences in the level of professional identity and psychological capital.(4)Whether there is a significant difference in the level of psychological empowerment and job burnout of preschool teachers,and there is no significant difference in the level of professional identity and psychological capital.(5)There are significant differences in the levels of psychological empowerment,job burnout,and psychological capital of kindergarten teachers with different monthly incomes,and no significant differences in the level of professional identity.(6)Psychological authorization is significantly positively correlated with occupational identity and psychological capital;occupational burnout is significantly negatively correlated with psychological authorization,occupational identity and psychological capital,and occupational identity is significantly positively correlated with psychological capital.(7)Occupational identity plays an intermediary role in the process of psychological empowerment affecting kindergarten teachers 'job burnout,and psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the impact of psychological empowerment on kindergarten teachers' job burnout.Career identity and psychological capital also play a chain intermediary role.
