Under the current educational system,although the quality education of our country is constantly popularized,,the learning burden of junior high school students is still heavy and the pressure of learning is great.When students are unable to respond their learning tasks smoothly,they often appear burnout.As a negative mental state,academic burnout affects students' learning,physical and mental health seriously.From previous studies,it has been found that the emergence of academic burnout is influenced by external factors and internal individual factors.In addition to students' individual factors impacts academic burnout,it also affects academic burnout through the interaction with external factors.At the same time,the teacher's support and care can slow down the academic burnout.Studies have shown that academic performance will have an impact on academic burnout,but there is little research on the relationship between mediating and regulating mechanisms that play a role in academic achievement.This study focuses on the academic burnout of junior high school students,proposes a moderated mediation model,to investigate whether individual factors of psychological capital plays a mediating role between academic performance and academic burnout,and whether the external factors of perception of teachers' caring behavior regulating the mediating effect of psychological capital.Based on the analysis of literature,the study has applied "Youth Learning Burnout Scale" revised by Wu Yan and Dai Xiaoyang,"Teachers' Caring Behavior's Questionnaire" revised by Lei Hao,"Positive Psychological Capital Scale" revised by Zhang Kuo and the standardized scores of Chinese,math and English.2 middle school in Handan,720 junior high school students conducted a questionnaire survey,690 valid questionnaires.Through descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,regression analysis,mediating effects test and moderating effects test,discussing the influence mechanism on junior high school students' academic performance,psychological capital,perceived teachers' caring behavior and academic burnout.The results of the study show that:(1)Academic burnout of junior high school students is common andaverage,and the demographic variables such as grade have significant discrepancies.(2)Psychological capital of junior high school students is above average,and the demographic variables such as gender have significant discrepancies.(3)Perception of teacher's caring behavior of junior high school students is above average,and the demographic variables such as grade have significant discrepancies.(4)There is a significant correlation between junior high school students' perceived teacher care behavior,psychological capital,learning burnout and academic performance.(5)Psychological capital of junior high school students plays the partial intermediary role between academic performance and academic burnout.(6)Perception of teacher's caring behavior moderates the indirect effects of academic performance through psychological capital to academic burnout.It moderates the first half path,the higher the level,the indirect effect is more obvious.
