Research On The Protection Of Migrant Workers’ Rights And Social Work Intervention

The protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers issues related to theinterests of the city in a huge number of migrant workers groups, but also on theconstruction of a harmonious society in China. Migrant workers ’rights and interests are awide range of violations, there are many forces working to improve the situation ofmigrant workers’ interests, but the interests of migrant workers protection mechanismthere are still a number of problems limiting its function to play, which requires innovationand a mechanism. Social work emphasis on human needs, with emphasis on systemintegration of resources, in this perspective, the protection of the rights and interests ofmigrant workers, we should first establish an integrated mechanism to address the realityof migrant workers groups, targeted to meet the needs of farmers the needs of workers,joint efforts by the government and society, including social workers, and strive to changethe current situation of Migrant Workers’ Rights protection dislocation and missing, this isthe proper meaning of building a moderately prosperous society.The thesis is divided into four parts.
