Social Work Intervention Protecting Migrant Workers Instance Analysis

Safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers, is an important measure toimprove the quality of migrant workers’ life and improve the social status of migrantworkers. It will be better for migrant workers integrate into city life and have a veryimportant function and significance. Social work pays attention to the needs of human,integrate social resources systematic to help vulnerable groups, it will work for migrantworkers through the investigation and Research on the contemporary situation of migrantworkers rights further, not only to help migrant workers to safeguard the legitimate rightsand interests, but also to give the constructive suggestions and proposed the policy ofmigrant workers, improve the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of themigrant workers’ legal regulations and policies.Based on the research on urban migrant workers, this paper based on the practice inthe Beijing On—Action, the labor organization, investigate and study the migrant workersrights protection case, on the perspective of social work, social workers use social workmethods, such as social case work and group work intervention to protect migrant workers’rights. This study enriched the rural migrant workers knowledge in social work, expand theservice system of social work.
