A Case Study Of Judicial Social Workers Intervening In The Rights Protection Of Migrant Workers

This study focuses on the "judicial and social work involved in the process of protecting the rights of migrant workers at work",and analyzes the current difficulties encountered by migrant workers in protecting their rights,as well as the objective and subjective factors that cause these difficulties.At the same time,it expounds the present situation of social work intervening in the rights protection of migrant workers,and summarizes the advantages and problems of social work intervening.Through the case study of the intervention of migrant workers M rights protection,the conclusion is drawn: social work intervention in migrant workers 'rights protection has certain advantages and is a method worth using.This paper mainly through case work method,literature analysis method,interview method and other methods to discuss.Taking the background of the author's work experience in Zaoyang City Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Institute and the captain of the task force in Sangyuan Village for precise poverty alleviation.Based on the case of migrant worker M's rights protection,the social worker is analyzed to help migrant worker's rights protection.In the process of protecting the rights of migrant workers,we should give full play to the unique idea of helping others and helping others.Using empowerment theory,human-based treatment theory,crisis intervention theory,case work method and group self-help method,different service objectives are formulated according to different stages.Play the role of a guide,supporter,and contact person,always keeping in mind the principle of self-determination of the case owner.The case owners are urged to enhance their own ability to defend their rights,improve their own mechanisms,get out of the difficult situation of industrial injuries,and eventually return to society,adapt to society,and move toward entrepreneurship.Finally,the article summarizes and reflects on the social work intervening in migrant workers 'rights protection,and puts forward some suggestions for social work to better serve migrant workers' rights protection in Zaoyang City.
