Due to the wave of the internet and the rise of offline to online business, services which were provided offline in the past have already produce online form. In the same time, people begin to accept the online form gradually as the part of their online life. With the increase emphases on education, online education services have been developing rapidly, and attracting the attention from the traditional education industry. As the same time, the traditional education organizations which focus on the instruction after class have finished their expansion of business copy, encounter the bottleneck of business growth. A education group as the China leading education organization which focus on the instruction after class should use existing resources to provide excellent online education services, in order to conformance the requirements of people’s online life.This article begins with the analysis of the development trend of online education, researches the online education market of USA, Korea and China, makes an outlook of online education services development in China according the market current situation, competition, etc.And this article uses the Industry chain analysis, SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and market survey, take the Khan,101, I study as the online education (instruction after class)as benchmark, conduct fully analyses of the business process of online education businesses of A group. Provides some constructive opinions and suggestions in the respect of business model and product strategy etc.This article also does researches into the typical problem conflict of online and offline services. Recommends how to make these two types of service mutual promotion and healthy development through avoiding the conflict of teacher resources, integration of the marketing, promoting the customer management.At the end of this article, the author gives A education group a suggestion to develop its online education services, and accomplishes the transformation from a traditional education organization to a comprehensive education organization.
