This paper studies the macro and micro effects of the epidemic on all aspects of China,especially online education.At the enterprise level,by analyzing the performance,strategic adjustment and business model changes of Tencent’s online education platform products during the epidemic period,it further studies the underlying logic of Tencent’s platform products’strategic adjustment and the deep reasons for its success,and reveals the specific impact of the epidemic on China’s online education industry from another dimension.From micro to macro,it reveals the enlightenment that rivals and other industry can get from it.Using comparative analysis and business model canvas,this paper points out the strategic adjustment and implementation effect of Tencent.According to Michael Porter’s theory of enterprise competition strategy,this paper establishes the competitiveness model of Internet platform products,and points out that obtaining traffic is the bottom logic of Tencent’s strategic adjustment.By using TAM(Technology Acceptance Model),ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling Method)and fishbone diagram inverse method,further analysis shows that Tencent’s free policy,capital investment,user thinking and psychological empathy factors are the direct reasons for its excellent platform products.It has grasped the core element of traffic,and formed a complete traffic matrix with qq,Tencent Conference and Tencent Classroom as its core,which is the deep reason for its success.Then expand from a single Tencent enterprise product strategy.It is pointed out that the epidemic situation is both a danger and an opportunity.Only by carefully discussion,decisively decision,can we admpt to changes and make appropriate transformation.By finding out the core competitive elements of the industry,making good use of our own unique abilities and resources,paying attention to our own brand value and reputation image,we can seize the opportunity and take advantage of the situation when the crisis comes.It has certain practical guiding significance and theoretical research value.
