Chinese K12 Online Education Enterprise Business Paradigm Shift Research

As the maturity of the online education market continues to change,the business model of related enterprises is gradually evolving while developing rapidly,among which K12 education enterprises have also had many hidden dangers in recent years while growing barbarically.Following the promulgation of the country "ShuangJian" policy,K12 online education industry in China has been a dramatic change,in the commercial capital regulations limit the period of time in the education industry and education training,in the industry many firms,especially early on "burn money" expanding quickly preempted market online education company will face huge crisis,the industry will face reshuffle,Then the rest of the company under the guidance of the policy will be transformed to a new business model.Based on the related enterprises in the industry business model change as the starting point for research,from the dimensional analysis problem of K12 online education market in China at present,and will use the case method and interview method,using the business model canvas as the main analysis tool,select a good future group,apes education,education technology with three typical enterprises,Enterprise business model transformation is through the above analysis it is concluded that companies are at different stage of development in transition problems need attention in the development,and further analyzed the relevant enterprises in business model transformation mainly revolve around a few key elements in the process of adjustment,the industries in different situation of the company to give advice in the transformation of business model.Of this study is after the new policy issued,and policies affect the structure and layout of the whole industry,and will affect every K12 online education enterprise’s survival,reasonable business mode adjustment suggestion will give in K12 online enterprises some reference in the process of transformation,and security in the new policy under the influence of the industry can still orderly development,contribute to the country’s education development.
