| With the worldwide vigorous development of the Sports industry,as the coreindustry of Sports industry,professional sporting events are receiving an increasingattention.However,in our country,the industrialization degree of professional sportingevents is not high.The government-led events are more than the market-driven ones,aswell as,competitive sporting events are more than professional ones. In order toprovide a theoretical basis for the development of professional sports, thisarticle,made analysis of the connotation of professional sporting events in a new way.From the perspective of the Service Management,sporting events are seen as serviceproducts in this article.The article elaborated in two sides.One is manufacturing ofservice,the other is tranfermation of service.The elements of manufacturing serviceinclude venue, game facilities, events and services personnel. Service deliverychannels mainly include sponsored investment, franchising, social donations, bigevents, television, ticket sales and the sports lottery. The article pointed out that theservice manufacturing is the basis of service delivery,and manufacturing service is forevents themselves,in order to improve the quality of the events and activities.While,Service delivery through marketing channels to serve customers, including theaudience, sponsors, media, and thus maximize profits.None of them can be lost. Thecommon purpose of manufacturing and service delivery is to improve the quality ofthe customers enjoying the service, thus shaping events brand, to create the classicevents. From the perspective of services,the article found problems in the process ofservice for the development of the status of China’s professional sports.The concept ofservice fall behind that of the world and the level of profession of service is low.At thesame time,there are not a lot of means for service. Finally, it summarize measures toimprove the quality of service of the professional sports and how to better serve allcustomers.These strategies include riching events sports show,making appropriatetime,enhancing customer service experience,selecting the appropriate eventsaddress,promoting events to attract famous athletes to join in and so on. |
