The Current Situation And Future Development Of Pay Live Sporting Events

In recent years,a series of policies which aim to promote the development of sports industry and stimulate sports consumption have been introduced.People get higher enthusiasm on sports and relating consumption.On the other hand,the copyright price of the sporting events has gone up,and the online media platform for live events has begun to seek new profit models.In this context,the online pay live sporting events came into being.Firstly,this paper races and analyzes the related problems of sporting events and live events systematically.Then,the emerge of online pay live sporting events is demonstrated theoretically.After that,Tencent sports and Le sports,which are the first two companies to release online pay live sporting events,are taken as research objects,with their payment models compared and analyzed.Besides,using questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of the the online pay live sporting events.Finally,synthesizing case analysis,literature data and questionnaire results,the paper summarizes the development strategy under current situation and the external conditions required when the pattern grows to maturity.
