The human brain consists of hundreds of millions nerve cells; it is a super-giant system with very complex structure and functions. Affected by external stimuli factors such as long-term professional learning, training and experience, the structure and functions of the cerebral cortex appear dynamically change and recombinant. As a specialized organization of the educational process, exercise training complemented with the moral, intellectual, aesthetic, labor and technical education becomes an important and indispensable part of the whole education process. With the technology integration of the various disciplines, brain researchers at home and abroad used the electroencephalogram(EEG) to analysis the EEG of elite athletes’ and speculated that long-term exercise training would have a specific impact of on human brain electrical activity.Draw on the experience of existing brain research results, this topic processed and analyzed different exercise training levels of college students EEG signals which collected under the resting, motor imagery, visual imagination and the mental arithmetic tasks to get important information on the impact of professional exercise training for college students EEG signals. To achieve the research objectives, we analyzed the features of two groups of subjects EEG signals and completed data preprocessing under the steps such as filtering, denoising, resampling and so on firstly. By using Wavelet Transform method, we completed the EEG data feature extraction and got four bands energy values on19leads as the EEG feature secondly. In the next place, we carried out research on the effects of professional exercise training on college students EEG signals by means of designing reasonable and effective analysis programs. We chose the Support Vector Machine with IO-GA as classifier to make the pattern classification of different levels of exercise training college students EEG, which could help us get the information about whether professional exercise training is influential in college students EEG signals or not. Then based on the above results, we adopted the Neighborhood Rough Set to select the typical characteristics of EEG signals during the motor imagery and visual imagination tasks. In the end, we analyzed and explained the specific performance of impact on EEG signals from two aspects of brain regions and brain wave. The results suggested:college students EEG feature had nothing to do with the professional level of exercise training during the resting and mental arithmetic tasks, while during the imagery and visual imagination tasks, the two groups were showing a special mode changes in the electrical activity of the brain. Long-term professional exercise training could affect the college students EEG signals, which performance in the left and right anterior temporal lobes, left and right frontal lobes, left prefrontal lobe, left and right temporal lobes, central area of the top of head, right central lobe, left and right occipital lobes, middle line of vertex and forehead, right posterior temporal lobe, left and right parietal lobes and so on. Completion of the exercise or sports-related tasks, theta wave rhythm energy were shown higher in professional exercise trained college students’ central area of the top of head, left and right frontal lobes, left and right parietal lobes, right central lobe, middle line of vertex, right occipital lobe, right temporal lobe and left anterior temporal lobe. The alpha rhythm energy in left and right anterior temporal lobes, left prefrontal lobe, left occipital lobe, left frontal lobe, middle line of forehead, right posterior temporal lobe, left and right temporal lobes, left parietal lobe were significant differences between professional and non-professional exercise trained college students EEG signals. Higher alpha wave rhythm energy was found in professional college students EEG signals. Simultaneously, left anterior temporal lobe, left temporal lobe, left frontal lobe and left occipital lobe showed higher beta rhythm energy. May see from above these conclusions, college students with long-term professional exercise training could show a higher neural efficiency and accompany with EEG laterality phenomenon. This finding not only can help us master the law of college students EEG activity and development changes under the long-term professional exercise training, but can inspire educators to apply the brain research results in education activities. By designing of targeted teaching and learning activities, we can train the specific areas of the brain, improve a specific area of the brain function, develop brain potentials, train and select specialized personnel.
