The teachers ’job satisfaction is an important measure to research the situation of teachers’ job satisfaction, satisfaction relations with teachers from being able to devote to education. Organizational commitment is an important way to research teacher’s loyalty. Commitment to the live job satisfaction and group studies mainly focused on the enterprise, and very little for the field of education. Therefore,the reference in the papers for the field of education, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.It is through a questionnaire survey to examine teachers’ job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the relationship between the both. Job satisfaction is divided into five dimensions:the work, the income, the promotion opportunities, the relationship with their supervisors,the relationship with their colleagues. Commitment is divided into five dimensions:affective commitment, normative commitment, ideal commitment, economic commitment, and the opportunity to commitment.By t-test, F-test, the basic situation of teachers’job satisfaction and organizational commitment, further analysis, regression analysis, mining the relationship between the two.Through formal research, a questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school teachers in J city. The results showed that:Of revenue satisfaction of female teachers than male teachers; unmarried teachers in income satisfaction, opportunities for promotion satisfaction, the three dimensions of the relationship with his supervisor satisfaction than married teachers; teaching experience and teachers job satisfaction, and significant relationship between supervisor relationship satisfaction, and presents characteristics of the "U"; significant relationship between age and the teachers of the work itself satisfaction degree, and presents characteristics of the "U"; by the level of education and teachers’job satisfaction degree no noticeable with the relationship; primary school teachers work satisfaction, income satisfaction, advancement opportunities highest satisfaction,gender and teachers’ organizational commitment no significant relationship between the overall circumstances of the female teachers than male teachers; the unmarried teachers of emotional commitment lower than married teachers; teaching experience and emotional commitment to the relationship, and presented a "U"-type characteristics; Age25and the following teachers ’feelings of commitment to a minimum, the feelings of the41and more than teachers commitment to the highest; by the level of education and teachers’ work satisfaction degree no noticeable with the relationship between graduate degrees teachers economic promise and opportunity promised a minimum, the feelings of commitment and normative commitment to the highest; primary school teachers specification commitment, ideal commitment, the opportunity to promise the highest score.
