Principal transformational leadership is the principals'method of improving leadership and organizational performance. By this method, teachers will realize the importance of the tasks on their shoulders. That maybe inspires teachers'high -level needs, builds a harmonious atmosphere of school, promote teachers'attention to interests of the organization. Teacher's organizational commitment is the teachers'attitude to material and spiritual conditions given by their schools, and their acceptance to school philosophy, values, campus culture, etc. Teachers' job satisfaction refers to consistency degree of individual expectation and actual working achievement.The research objects of this study are 202 teachers from 6 rural junior middle schools in Hebei Province. Firstly, test the reliability and validity of Principals'Transformational Leadership Scale, Teachers'Organizational Commitment Scales, Teachers'Job Satisfaction Scale. And investigate present situation of principals'transformational leadership, teachers'organizational commitment, teachers'job satisfaction, then analyze the causal relationship among them. The results showed:Different qualifications of teachers perceived the principals'visionary were significantly different; Teachers'choice commitment of different ages were significantly different; Teachers'affective commitment, normative commitment of different qualifications were significantly different; Teachers'commitment of different titles were significantly different; The teachers in charge or not perceived the power of work were significantly different; Different ages of teachers perceived income were significantly different.There are notable correlation between principals'transformational leadership, teachers'organizational commitment and teachers'job satisfaction; The four dimensions of transformational leadership can predict organizational commitment and job satisfaction; The five dimensions of organizational commitment can predict job satisfaction.
