As a specialized agency to implement the educational activities, the university has the important mission of education and guiding the students to consciously cultivate the moral sense of responsibility, improve the ability of moral responsibility and have complete moral responsibility qualities. Since the Internet and computer technology had a rapid development and wide spread among college students, moral responsibility education has been exposed to a totally brand new environment. It is due to the particularity of the network and the characteristics of the youth often unable to maintain a high sense of responsibility and a strong legal awareness in the virtual society. Then lead to the student’s network responsibility flaw phenomenon and network moral crisis. Therefore, strengthen the cultivation of university students’ network moral responsibility to overcome the crisis, ensure that students grow up healthy under the network environment, is the new viewpoint of moral education which the university faced. Under the new circumstances, to strengthen the network moral education of college students, we need to lead the ethos of education to advanced ideological, in addition, use the rich campus activities to create a good atmosphere, establish campus network moral responsibility education supervision mechanism, construct high-quality team construction of network moral responsibility education, all together with training students awareness of self-discipline to help students master and consciously abide by the relevant laws and regulations of network, consequently, constraint network behavior.
