| In the modern market economy system and multicultural society at present, accompanied with advocating individuality and strengthening the rights of freedom, it's very necessary to improve people's moral responsibility so as to sustain the principles of market economy on the basis of "justice" and "honesty". So, to emphasize moral responsibility is to stress the reconstruction of the principles of soul; to pay attention to school moral responsibility education is how to educate a responsible citizen, which makes them become responsible and live a responsible life.According to analysis of some students' moral responsibility and their responsible performance habit in primary schools & middle schools in China today in this paper, it shows that some ones embodies lower sense of moral responsibility and bad responsible performance habit. There're many causes which led to such results: from students, society, family & schools. Of these reasons, the author put forward some thoughts on how school moral responsibility education will be reformed can promote the sense of students' moral responsibility and better the moral responsible habit of students.Then, based on the thoughts of present school moral responsibility education, the author put forward some thinking conformations: 1. Confirmation of the status of school moral responsibility education; 2. Goal establishment in school moral responsibility education; 3. Building up correct students' conception; 4. Paying attention to the new angles of view in school moral responsibility education; 5. Strengthening the education of students' sense of moral responsibility. To educate the sense of moral responsibility, the author put forward his own thoughts: (1) the reasonable cognition of formatting the sense of moral responsibility, (2) the analysis of the mental state of the sense of moral responsibility, (3) the principle of educating the sense of moral responsibility, (4) the path of educating the sense of moral responsibility.
