Since the 21th century, the phenomenon that citizens especially the young generation have low moral trait has aroused people's great concern. The concern also brings the theoretical research and practical exploration for responsibility education. The new Full-time Compulsory Education Moral Lessons Standard (Experimental Version) issued in 2003 has made clear regulations on the target, content and methods of responsibility education, which indicates that the responsibility education is regarded as important content in moral lessons in high school. However, the fact tells us that at present time students'moral trait is not satisfactory and the performance effect of responsibility education in high school is still to be improved. All these facts indicate that there are significant value in theory and practice to study the forms, content, target, methods, effects and other issues of responsibility education performed in high school. On the basis of deep understanding of the responsibility education status of moral lessons in junior high school, this paper reviews some mature theoretical outcomes from home and abroad, starts from the meaning of responsibility education of moral lessons in junior high school, focuses on improving the performance effects of responsibility education, and tries to explore the strategy of performing responsibility education in moral lessons in junior high school from both theoretical and practical aspects. This paper is divided into three parts.Part 1: the definition of the meaning of responsibility education in moral lessons in junior high school. Starting from the definitions of responsibility and responsibility trait, this part aims to clarify some ideas misunderstood for a long time. It straighten out the relations between responsibility and responsibility trait, and relations between every factor of responsibility trait, and then theoretically define the premise, target and content of the responsibility education in moral lessons in junior high school.Part 2: the current situation and cause analysis of the responsibility education performed in moral lessons in junior high school. First, this part adopts the means of questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of responsibility education in moral lessons in junior high school. The investigation shows that the effect of responsibility education performed in moral lessons is still to be improved. There exist some problems such as the lack of students'responsibility traits, the lack of teachers'emphasis, and low quantity and poor quality of practical responsibility activities. Second, the analysis of the investigation shows that every factor, such as teachers, students, textbooks, evaluation modes and circumstances outside school, affects the performance effect of responsibility education in moral lessons in junior high school. As a result, it is necessary to improve the performance strategy.Part 3: consideration on the responsibility education performed in moral lessons in junior high school. On the basis of the exact definition of the meaning of responsibility education performed in moral lessons in junior high school and the analysis of the performance status of responsibility education, this part focuses on improving teaching effect and gives some strategies to perform the responsibility education in moral lessons in junior high school. These strategies include: to construct the responsibility education ideas that students constitute the principal part; to establish reasonable target of responsibility education and adjust it according to situation; to improve the content of responsibility education; to improve the relative qualities of teachers of moral lessons; to optimize the teaching method of responsibility education; and to establish reasonable evaluation mode of responsibility education.
