In recent years, as people’s emphasis on vocational schools, the students’ management work is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. As we all know, high cohesive team has an extremely important role to improve the management efficiency. So enhancing the team cohesion can improve the management deficiencies. What’s more, it is an important way to improve the vocational schools management level. The paper starts from the current situation and the components of vocational schools class team cohesion, then discusses some ways about how to enhance the class cohesion so that it can contribute to the improvement of the overall management level. This paper uses several methods, such as the literature method, comparative study method.Then it provides an overview of some theories about team cohesion at home and abroad. What’s more, the writer makes a questionnaire (Questionnaire of Vocational School Students Class Cohesion), and then do a survey and research on the current situation of vocational school students class team cohesion in Fujian province. The findings from the analyses of the data through experiments are as follows:firstly, the overall strength of the vocational school students class cohesion is moderately low, and presents a weakening trend with grade increasing; Secondly, many factors, including class objectives, class sizes, class grades, the teachers in charge management style and class committee work methods etc., all perhaps impact the team cohesion. Based on the results, Suggestions are recommended from three aspects. They are the schools, the teachers in charge and the students themselves. Firstly, the paper points out that school leader should promote some measures like the target management, strengthen the teacher troop, and optimize class conditions and so on. Secondly, teachers in charge should take different measures when the team is on different stages; Lastly, students themselves should not only learn to how to enhance communication skills, but also learn to how to deal with varied conflicts with others properly. Only if the above three aspects combinative well, it’s sure to enhance the vocational school students class team cohesion.
