With the upgrading of national industry,great changes in economic structure,rapid development of manufacturing industry,and increasing demand for high-quality skills,private secondary vocational education is an important part of our vocational education system and plays an indispensable role.The Party’s twenty National Congress report points out the direction of the development of vocational education and plans the practical path of vocational education.The new Vocational education law also further clarifies the status of vocational education and highlights the determination of the state to develop vocational education.Private secondary vocational education is facing an opportunity for development,but there are still many difficulties and problems in the process of its development.The quality of students in private secondary vocational schools is poor,the difficulty of management,the instability of class teachers and the poor professional ability of class teachers are all restricting the high-quality development of private secondary vocational education.Guaranteeing the sustainable development of private vocational education and locking the training objectives of vocational education.Adhere to education for the party,education for the country,the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation,the construction of the head teacher team is imminent.This study takes Y secondary vocational school,a private secondary vocational school in Nanchong City,as the research object.Through a questionnaire survey of 140 homeroom teachers and individual interviews with some teachers in the school,and a statistical analysis of the survey data,a comprehensive understanding of the status quo and existing problems in the construction of the homeroom team in Y secondary vocational school is conducted.The investigation shows that the main problems in the construction of the homeroom team in Y secondary vocational school are as follows: The head teacher team structure is unreasonable;The class teacher’s career development level is low;The headteacher team is in poor working condition.In order to better solve the problems in the construction of homeroom team in private Y secondary vocational schools,combined with the results of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,and under the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory and human resource management theory,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of homeroom team in private Y secondary vocational schools: to perfect the "talent introduction" mechanism and establish a benign team echelon;Optimize career development and help class teachers grow up;Improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism to improve job satisfaction;So as to comprehensively improve Y secondary vocational school teacher team construction.By researching on the construction of homeroom teams in private secondary vocational schools,this paper hopes to provide some reference for the construction of homeroom teams in the same type of schools,which will help to further improve the level of education management in Chinese private secondary vocational schools and promote the further development of vocational education in our country. |
