Research On Stereotype Of Primar School Teachers To Floating Children

Stereotype is an important topic in the field of psychology and it is also a hot and remarkable research focus in the Social psychology and Cognitive psychology.This study adopts the self-made questionnaire and the experimental test research methods,and in respects of the behavior problems and the relationship between teachers and students to discuss the existence of the explicit and implicit stereotype of the Primary school teachers to the floating children. The results show that:(1)The primary school teachers have a significant explicit stereotypes to the floating children, and the direction of the stereotype is positive. That is in the explicit aspect, the primary school teachers tend to flow the floating children and active vocabulary associated.(2) In the explicit stereotype aspect,the primary school teachers to the floating children show significant difference in behavior problems and the two dimensions of the relationship between teachers and students.(3)The explicit stereotype of different gender subjects to the floating children are significant differences.(4)The primary school teachers have a significant implicit stereotypes to the floating children, and the direction of the stereotype is negative. That is in the implicit aspect, the primary school teachers tend to flow the floating children and negative vocabulary associated.(5)In the implicit stereotype aspect,the primary school teachers to the floating children show significant difference in behavior problems and the two dimensions of the relationship between teachers and students.(6)The implicit stereotype of different cultural degree and taught subjects experimental subjects to the floating children are significant differences.(7)The explicit-implicit stereotype of the primary school teachers to the floating children are uncorrelated.(8)Semantic Differential scale and Implicit association test are applicable to the stereotype of the floating children, both have advantages and disadvantages. Such as Semantic Differential scale are more flexible, and Implicit association test are more accurate.
