In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, network technology andcommunication technology, more and more researchers begin to pay attention to how to use the mobilecommunication equipment to support learners of mobile learning. Compared with traditional classroomlearning or computer e-learning, mobile learning (M-learning) can break the limitation of time and space,provide opportunities for learners whenever and wherever possible. In recent years, with the improvementof learning devices and network feature phone, mobile, especially mobile phone3G promotion andpublicity, mobile learning tend to civilians, most college students have mobile learning conditions, began tospontaneously mobile learning, to understand the situation of current university students using mobilelearning hardware conditions, learning resources, and the Research of the mobile learning time, emotionalcognition, independent application, performance feedback has the practical meaning in theory and reality.Summary we found, the domestic research on mobile learning and application and curriculumintegration is more perfect, for the study of technology platform to support mobile learning is a researchdirection is relatively new; foreign research based on distance learning, mobile learning and digital learning,for the enterprises in the learning project development and for research to improve the teaching, learningand management system, the future development of mobile learning is a good reference to china. Thedomestic study on this part of the equipment is relatively less mobile learning of college students, a groupof college students can not be ignored--but as a mobile learning, we can not be ignored. This paper studiesfive conditions occurring in Huang Ronghuai moving to the design, based on interviews and openquestionnaire, questionnaire design.The questionnaire is to understand college students learn to use the equipment of mobile, the firstis the basic survey, mainly using College Students’ mobile learning device; the second college mobilelearning learning environment survey equipment used in the process of investigation, major equipment tocreate learning environment includes mobile learning; third way of learning, mainly include the use of timespent for such content; fourth college students of mobile learning resource equipment, including collegestudents often use mobile learning device to learn information; fifth learning tasks, the main survey students to use learning equipment to study the effect of the investigation.Through the collation and analysis of the questionnaire, impact factors of mobile learning toidentify students using mobile learning process equipment. We found that the mobile learning device isvery popular among college students, use the range is very wide, students basically have mobile learningdevices, with mobile learning hardware conditions, approval for learning the mobile learning through themobile learning device, and has relatively strong mobile learning desire, but overall speaking, collegestudents the use of mobile learning device to generate the learning effect and the rapid development oftechnology of mobile learning device does not match, there are a considerable part of the students only themobile learning device as a communication and entertainment tool. Then the paper basic level, from the useof mobile learning device to students’ learning environment aspect, to explore and analyze the presentsituation of College Students’ mobile learning devices use level, the level of resources and learningsituation task level learning. Finally, some suggestions and opinions were put forward from the individuallevel, school and enterprise perspective, to improve college students’ mobile learning environment, in orderto improve the students’ mobile learning effect.
