It is widely recognized that primary Chinese language has been a instrumentalrole in the foundation stage of the entire education. It is of great significance for thedevelopment of mastery and personal growth of students in other disciplines ofknowledge. Applied research focusing on language teaching in primary schools,both new curriculum standards, but also promote the development of informationtechnology and the focus of education reform era of concern. At the same time, thedevelopment of mobile Internet and mobile learning has brought new opportunitiesto improve the status of primary school language teaching. Therefore, this researchhave investigate the application status on using mobile learning devices in thecurrent language teaching in primary schools, could be contribute to formingcomprehensive and in-depth understanding of mobile learning.This paper describes the background and realistic conditions of mobile learning,then define the concept of mobile learning and mobile learning devices, but alsomake the appropriate introduction of mobile learning and which could be involvetheories and techniques.Through the analysis of literature and questionnaire and interviews of theapplication status of using mobile learning devices in elementary school in someareas, it is found that the hinder factors of the development of mobile learningdevices in primary language teaching, which include that the hardware conditions ofmobile devices in these primary school is inconsistent, the great gap betweeneducational philosophy and reality. The need for mobile learning development whichinclude that students grasp with information literacy proficiently, the pupils have theneed of develop thinking and communication skills, and the understanding of mobilelearning, the trend of mobile learning and development is indispensability.The proposes of this thesis was to improve the conditions of hardware onmobile learning, promoting mobile learning in multi-way. Enhance the reality ofmobile learning propulsion technology, keep up with pupils IT literacy training. It could be helpful for the further study of mobile learning through put forward thesecountermeasures and suggestions.
