Personalityeducation is based on the current situation of personality education, use various means to strengthencognition, constructing psychology, training will and adjust their behavior, make it has perfect selfconsciousness, values and the ability of social adaptation, living their fullest potential, finally promote thesocial progress. Therefore, combined with the target of high school political courses, put the personalityeducation into the high school political courses, show great effects on guiding the teenagers to choose thecorrect development direction and improve their cognition emotion behavior and other non-intelligenceaspects.This paper will take the high school students as the object of study, the cultivation of high schoolstudents personality as the ultimate purpose of this research, the high school political class as the mainposition, doing the research on both theory and practice.
