To study college students’ changes with the increase of grade ofphysical characteristics, and different grade students’ physique, themutual change relation between bone mineral density and bodycomposition, this study of1772college students in wenzhou universityphysical test data, and test of253ordinary non-professional sportscollege students bone mineral density, body composition and physical testdata as the research object, analyzing the change of the college studentsbody composition and bone mineral density and physical characteristicsand mutual relations, provide certain theoretical reference to promote thecollege students’ physical health.In this study the following conclusions:1. The students in collage with the increase of grade, body formstatus change for the better, but overweight and obesity increased,showing a trend to develop in the direction of being overweight. Girl withthe increase of the grade, the low body weight and increased rates ofmalnutrition, presents the trend to develop in the direction of low weight.2. With the increase of the grade boys overall rise vital capacity andvital capacity of body mass index, vital capacity is improved and improve.Index of the steps of the senior girls and boys is lower than the lowergrades, when the students toward a reduction in cardiovascular functionwith the increase of grade.3. With the increase of the grade has no obvious change on the gripstrength, both boys and girls in the standing long jump on indicators, withthe increasing of grade boys have a certain rise. Girls with higher gradelevels drop, reflecting the lower limb muscle explosive has a downwardtrend.4. The different grade composition of both men and women health comprehensive rating is concentrated in the70~80points, the boysaccounted for76%of the total, women accounted for89.5%of the total,boys less than70points below the proportion was21.7%, and the girl isonly10.5%, the girls body composition overall composition is better thanthat of boys.5. The oder students’ protein, inorganic salt in body composition,muscle mass, lean body mass, body weight and BMI is higher than thelower students’, on body fat and body fat%difference is not obvious.Girls and boys, on the other hand, senior body fat mass and body fat%higher than the lower grades. Boys on body fat%less than girls, the restof the indicators were higher than girls.6. The normal rate of boy’sT value is81.4%, Boys osteopenia ratewas17.8%, the girls two values were71.8%and26.6%respectively,bone defect rate are both men and women is on the high side. Boys BMDand T value increased with grade first after the high low variabilitycharacteristics, three boys reach high grade, girls reached highs in secondgrade. Bone mineral density, gender differences, both men and womenBMD values boys than girls, according to the grade is grade three bonemineral density of the gender differences between boys and girls.7. The girl bone mineral density and body composition correlation isnot constat. Boys body fat mass and negative correlation between BMDand bone mineral density T values, from the point of view of keep boneshealthy, male body fat is unfavorable and exorbitant. Body compositionassessment value is positively correlated with bone mineral density, andcan provide a reference for evaluation of human body bone condition.8. The boy height weight level is low, the bone density values arerelatively low. Unlike men, women no difference on grade distinctionbetween bone mineral density in height and weight, but there are certainthe distribution characteristics of high middle and low on both ends.
