Objective:This paper analyses the Yoga practice's influence on the middle-aged women's health through tests and studies on the body composition, functional capacity and physical constitution of the women who have been practiced Yoga for more than two years and who have never done any physical exercises, then enriches Yoga's function on human body's fitness and health and offers useful references on the practice and development of keeping health and disease prevention and rehabilitation, then provides better basis for the modern medicine and modern nutrition, aging and scientific research.Methods: In this study, 40 - 60-year-old yoga practitioner for the study, observed after the middle-aged female yoga body composition, blood pressure, vital capacity and various physical changes.Results:⑴yoga group and control group: amount of muscles, protein, inorganic salts, body of water have significant differences, body weight, body fat mass, body fat, BMI, WHR showed a significant difference. The intracellular fluid, extracellular fluid, in addition to fat mass was no significant difference.⑵yoga group and control group: resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure was significant difference in lung capacity there was a significant difference.⑶yoga group and control group: grip strength, sit-ups, vertical jump, one leg standing with eyes closed, direct three-dimensional flexion, Sit and Reach, leg raise, there was a significant difference in reaction time was significantly different.Conclusion:⑴ongoing yoga practice can improve the body composition of middle-aged women with good body weight and shape the role of the United States.⑵ongoing yoga practice can significantly improve the middle-aged women, heart and lung function, increase the role of physical fitness.
