Study On The Equalization Of Sports Right Between Urban Residents And Urban Village Based On Equaity Theory

Sports right equalization is accompanied with the city economicdevelopment level, city level, the government can benefit more affluent,responsibility for the detailed division and democratic governance inthese five aspects of the development, resulting in a series of macropolicy background and development of sports. The equal rights of sportsto sports public service content, is relying on the economic, political andsocial development of the public utilities, is one of the most importantareas of economic strength and the level of public services. Therefore, forthe city of Zhengzhou in the central city, accelerate the development ofpublic sports services, to implement the scientific outlook ondevelopment, improve the living standards of the masses, is of greatsignificance to promote the development of Zhengzhou sports publicservice.In this paper, using the research methods of literature, questionnaireinvestigation, logical analysis, based on equity theory and Paretoimprovement theory of the theoretical and empirical research, contrastvillage residents and city residents to enjoy and maintenance gap andreason of their sports rights concept and behavior, combined with theanalysis of the development of Zhengzhou City Sports public servicestatus and the village in the city the new community, puts forward somemeasures and suggestions for Zhengzhou city sports public servicedevelopment, offer practical guidance for promoting the development ofsports public service in Zhengzhou city. Research thinks, Zhengzhou city sports public service needs furtherdevelopment. In the capital, should use the economy of Zhengzhou City,increase the sports public investment, expand the investment scope,develop a variety of investment channels, the combination of market andsocial capital, comprehensive development in all fields of public sportsservice; in the allocation of resources aspect, attention should be paid tothe community sports facilities planning, greater the degree of villageresidents to provide adequate exercise space; the way in the supply, thegovernment should change their functions, decentralization, incooperation with the market and the society to provide sports publicservice, government, market, society formed the pluralistic supplymechanism, taking multi-agent cooperation supply ways to meet peopleat different levels of demand for sports in the regulations; system, thegovernment shall authorize the Department of housing construction andSports Bureau, and promulgated the relevant regulations limitingdevelopers, to ensure national fitness site. Zhengzhou should developpattern finally form the integration of village and city, and ultimatelypromote Zhengzhou city sports public services better and fasterdevelopment.
