With the new curriculum reform process, experiential teaching gradually appliedby the majority of educators, practitioners recognized by most, but in the actual teachingactivities, teaching experience is still in the exploratory stage, there is no systematicresearch.In the actual teaching activities, teachers are the executor of teachingexperience, the teacher’s behavior determines the success or failure of teachingexperience, so in experiential teaching teachers must properly control their behavior inorder to successfully complete experience teaching, from theto support teachingeffectiveness.In this thesis, previous studies based on the experience of teaching in high schoolchemistry teacher behavior control for further research, and achieved certain results.Ifirst method through the literature on this topic abroad experience teaching and teachers’behavior control research status overview, analytical chemistry research experientialteaching methods and teacher behavior control factors to determine the purpose of thestudy, content andmain method.During this project the theoretical studies, includingphilosophy, education, psychology and behavioral psychology of experiential learningand behavioral control theoretical support.According to the theoretical basis of the topics and interviews with high schoolteachers learned to write the actual situation of teaching experience in high schoolchemistry teacher behavior control questionnaire, and then high school chemistryteacher to investigate and analyze the survey results.Through the analysis of thequestionnaire showed three dimensions misconceived education teachers, teachers’cognitive behavioral biases and teachers interface between attitudes and behaviorintermittently.Analytical Chemistry teaching experience of teachers in behavioral control factors,factors that teachers themselves and environmental factors can be divided into internaland external factors, internal factors include the quality of the teachers themselves basedregulatory capacity of classroom teachers and teachers’ instructional designskills,external factors such as education and examination-oriented education mode bias pressure multi-role responsibilities.Further experience teaching high school chemistryteacher behavior in the corresponding control strategy, teacher behavior control internaland external factors propose appropriate implementation strategies.The author of summarizing the conclusions of this topic, and the futureimplementation of teaching experience for prospects.I hope this topic research canprovide a reference for future teaching.
