In 2004 implemented the new curriculum reform, the classroom instruction reform was the elementary education reform key link, in"New Curriculum Standard", also proposed explicitly"the teacher was the learning activity organizer and the guide."The teacher must implement the new curriculum content, the curriculum standard, explores the new teaching method and the teaching rule, but teacher's teaching behavior is one of its key links. But the teacher because of its sex's difference, displays in the teaching behavior has the difference, now domestic and foreign has been mature to the teaching behavior's research, but studies the teacher sex to the classroom instruction behavior research is very few, the present paper has selected a pair of object of study, has carried on 2 month-long attending a lecture, and has carried on the factual record to the partial classes, hoped that can discover this to chemistry teacher respective teaching behavior characteristic.The difference universal existence tells us, the male and female teacher classroom instruction behavior's gender differences are the objective existence one kind of fact, we both cannot disregard the difference the existence, and cannot artificial eliminate the difference, we can only respect the difference, displays the difference question the classroom instruction behavior to integrate to the research category, the full use difference resources, promote the teacher community career development in orderThe present paper divides into four chapters:The first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the present paper the research background, the research question, the research goal and the research significance.The second chapter is the teaching behavior and the social sex related research, this part has included the teacher teaching behavior research, the educational fields society sex research as well as the different sex teacher teaching behavior research rationale.The third chapter is the present paper hard core, introduced object of study's selection, uses the research technique, as well as carries on the analysis and the analysis result to the case.The fourth chapter is the conclusion and the reconsideration.
