| Henan provincial youth basketball has been on sustainable development of sports management in focus of sports managers in and around the city. Strengthening management and construction of competitive basketball for the youth, not only related to the healthy development of youth basketball in Henan province, also affects the overall sustainable development of youth basketball in China. Therefore, use literature research method and questionnaire method, interview, law, mathematics and statistics method and logical method in Henan province to investigate developments in youth basketball, analyses the current situation of youth basketball development in Henan province, as well as the main influence factors, made in Henan sustainable development of youth basketball in the base path. Study concluded that6of the following conclusions:(1) Lack of stable and long-term development planning. Through research of the Henan Provincial Bureau of sports-related files, that youth basketball development, planning and construction in Henan province are not perfect, affecting the sustainable development of youth basketball.(2) Model of youth basketball development constraints in Henan province. Formation of competitive sports in Henan province has long been "three-level training network" has problems of sports talent training model, and youth sports development of Henan province has certain restrictions.(3) Young Basketball talents in Henan province and ways to develop a single. Currently Henan Province around the cultivation of teenager basketball players continue to be concentrated in municipal sports school and the traditional basketball schools, municipal sports school number one, the number of traditional basketball schools are unevenly distributed.(4) Henan young basketball talent flows in narrow channels. Talent flow system bottlenecks restricting the development of more outstanding basketball talent, also affects the base of basketball reserve forces, severely constrained the development of athletic basketball in Henan province.(5) Deviation of social awareness of the development of youth basketball. Under the current social condition, conflicts between the participation of young people in basketball training and learning effect is always the main obstacle to their development, is also affecting the reluctance of parents io children to further one of the important factors to participate in sports training.While, according to research results made future Henan province youth competitive basketball movement of development path, main including following4points:(1) according to Henan province youth competitive basketball development trend developed long-term development planning;(2) construction a to fair for premise of youth competitive basketball talent training mode;(3) rich athletes training way and widened athletes mobile channel;(4) strengthened and social forces of Exchange. |
