In order to find out the effects that the point-based evaluation system has on college female students’ learning motivation, self-efficacy and sport performance, this paper has raised the theoretical hypothesis that the point-based evaluation system has effects on students’ badminton performance on the basis of analyzing the results of studies on the relationship between sport performance and evaluation, motivation and self-efficacy.The literature method, question and answer method, psychological measurement method, experimental method, and statistical analyzing method are used in this paper. In the experiment, two selective classes of first year undergraduate badminton female students from Yangzhou University are selected as the subject. One is chosen for experiment and the other is taken as the comparison. The period of experiment is12weeks and one class per week with the duration of90minutes for each class. The two classes are given the identical teaching content, time and court. The students’ physical conditions and badminton performance are measured both before and after the experiment. The psychological variations before and after the experiment are measured by using the college sport learning motivation of psychology table and standard self-efficacy sensory table. The process of experimental data:The pre-experimental data are analyzed by using single sample T check comparison method; paired sample T check method and repeated measurement of mathematical statistics method are used for pre-experimental data and post-experimental data; the hypothesis is tested by analyzing the pre-experimental and post-experimental data using regression analysis.By analyzing the measurement results, the following conclusions can be reached:(1) Obvious variations of learning motivation, self efficacy and badminton sport performance after experiment are existed in the two classes;(2)Learning motivation has a positive effect on improving badminton sport performance, and self-efficacy has no obvious correlation with badminton sport performance;(3)Learning motivation has obvious correlation with the point-based evaluation system on affecting badminton sport performance, acting as an intermediary. Self-efficacy has no obvious correlation, however, it can affect badminton sport performance, working as a partial intermediary.
