In recent years,core strength training,as an emerging physical training method,has been widely used in various sports.Through the core strength training can improve,maintain and restore the body's specific movement function,to improve the body's movement ability,improve the level of skill and tactics has a certain impact.Badminton,as an all-purpose sport with coordinated participation of various physical qualities,requires more comprehensive physical qualities.Among many badminton techniques,the killing technique is a key technique for scoring and gaining the initiative.But holding a continuous killing ball will not only consume a lot of physical energy,resulting in the phenomenon of unstable killing ball,but also easy to bring sports injury.Core strength training can delay fatigue and reduce sports injuries to some extent.Therefore,by studying the influence of core strength on the stability of badminton ball killing technique,it is helpful to better understand the relationship between core strength training and the stability of ball killing,and to promote the precision of ball killing,improve the stability of ball killing and prevent sports injuries.This article mainly USES the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method andexperimental method of Hunan Normal University 2017-2018-class badminton class 20 students experiment of core strength training,and according to the students before the experiment test in all kinds of special physical quality and kill all the indexes under the condition of no difference,but there was no difference in the 20 students will be divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group is the traditional strength training,the experimental group is the traditional strength training and core strength training.Reasonable arrangement of training content,after 12 weeks of training,the experimental group and the control group of students of the badminton quality of statistical analysis,the following conclusions:1.Compared with traditional strength training,core strength training can improve the specific physical quality faster.Core strength training can not only improve the strength of the lumbar and abdominal muscles,but also enhance the body balance and the ability to stabilize the center of gravity.2.Both of the two groups of training methods can improve the muscle strength of the lumbar and abdominal muscles.Among them,core strength training is more conducive to promoting the coordination of upper and lower limbs.3.Core strength training can balance the body and stabilize the center of gravity more effectively and improve the accuracy of the drop point ofthe kill ball in moving so as to improve the stability of the kill ball.4.The traditional strength training enhanced the strength of the lumbar and abdominal muscles of the athletes,but the core strength training was better than the traditional strength training in terms of balance and stability in the moving kill ball.1.Compared with the traditional strength training,the core strength training can not only improve the strength of lumbar and abdominal muscles,but also enhance the ability of body balance and stability of the center of gravity.
