With the further development of new curriculum reform, mathematics became moreattention to take the student as the main body, mathematics activities for the unified leadingteachers. The mathematics concept teaching as an important part of mathematics teaching,research in this area in the early nineteen eighties in the teaching reform of colleges anduniversities in the United States in the application of the APOS theory has achieved initialsuccess. It is a theory of constructivism, this theory was put forward by American educatorDubinsky in the practice of Mathematics Education Research on the process of conceptlearning theory. The teaching of mathematics concepts mentioned in the theory of APOS tothe following four stages: stage, stage, stage and the process of object schema stage. Itstressed that the concept in the realistic social background, students must pass the experience,experience and combined with the reality, so that students from the experience of completeconcept learning process. The construction of mathematical concepts with mathematicalmethod. The concept to establish has very rich connotation, it contains the prototype of theconcept of reality. The formal process, way of thinking and the concept of abstract concepts,so as to achieve the goal of constructing mathematical concepts. It advocated by the newcurriculum and students’ active is consistent.This paper uses the method of documents, design teaching case analysis of mathematicalconcepts under the APOS theory. First carries on the comprehensive analysis and study of theconcept of teaching and APOS theory, the mathematical concept of teaching mode ofliterature. The feasibility and necessity of mathematics concept teaching under the guidanceof the theory of APOS, the concept of learning theory. Secondly, the teaching mode under theAPOS theory and the traditional classroom teaching model comparison. Next, APOS theoryand mathematics concept learning and teaching, constructing mathematics concept teachingmode and the specific implementation process. The special design of the typical teachingcases in teaching mathematical concepts, and reflective practice, make it become a kind ofparadigm in the teaching. Finally, summary and reflection, give appropriate recommendations,and pointed out that in the mathematical concept of APOS theory in the teaching practicestrategy.
