With the quickly development of the information technology in education,multimedia courseware are increasingly being used in the various disciplines ofprimary and secondary schooling. Multimedia courseware can get the combination oftext, formulas, illustrations, animations, photos, video and other information. Someboring, abstract concepts, complex process of change and movement in the form ofteaching content can be displayed vividly and specifically. Students can feel that thetheory is credible through the multimedia courseware. This is conducive to theunderstanding of knowledge, can significantly reduce the burden of students, and canimprove the quality of teaching. Therefore, how using the multimedia courseware toget a good result in school physics teaching, has become a concern to many secondaryschool physics teacher.In this thesis, we made a further research on the effective application ofmultimedia courseware in middle school physics teaching by the way of documentaryresearching, individual interviewing and survey. By reading a lot of literature andresearching, we got the use of the status quo of multimedia courseware in secondaryschool teaching, and found the idea of the study. We draw objective conclusions byactual survey. Overall, the application of multimedia courseware in teaching is goodenough. But there are still some problem. For example, some of them are using themultimedia courseware blindly, the using the multimedia courseware is low, theexchange between the teachers and students is more fewer, etc.Based on the results, we made some suggestions to solve problems existing inthe use of multimedia courseware in middle school physics teaching: First, we muststrengthen the training of teachers in computer operating, in order to improve the levelof their produce courseware; The second is that we must to handle the combination oftraditional teaching and multimedia courseware teaching, so that a reasonable using ofmultimedia courseware can become a reality; The third is that school must tostrengthen the importance of multimedia courseware teaching, in order to providemore resources for teachers.
