Teacher’s practical knowledge is the basic knowledge for teacher’s development. It depends on the teacher’s experience,exists in the current teaching behavior,and forecasts the possible methods of teacher’s teaching.As a special knowledge form which which originates from the practice and applies to the practice,teacher’s practical knowledge is a huge complex organization system.It is composed of all kinds of educational knowledge,and possesses a stranger comprehensiveness.Domestic and oversea scholars have different opinions about the content of teacher’s practical knowledge.For the needs of discussion in this paper,based on the scholars’views through analysis and generaliazation,I summarize the content into six factors.In this paper,the author first does some ralated theory research,then chosese one English teacher as an example. By ways of interviewing and classroom observation,the author sorts through the teacher’s practical knowledge,and proposes some relevant strategies.The full text consists of five parts.The introduction part mainly introduces the background and problems of the research, related literature review, theoretical significance and practical value, research objectives and research methods, etc.The first part mainly explains the theoretical basis of teacher’s practical knowledge, and on the connotation of teachers’ practical knowledge, paths, basic characteristics, function and meaning.The second part sets a teacher as an example,and make related to interpretation of her own practical knowledge.The third part discusses the path of the teachers’ practical knowledge in both the individual and the collective aspect of view.The last part is the concluding part, mading a summary and generalization of the full text.
