With the advance of the reform of basic education, teacher processional development become attracting much attention.However, no little people regard teacher processional development as a only epistemological problem, which consider that the improve of teaching practice base on the accumulation of diversified knowledge enjoyed by teacher. Teacher processional development imply that teacher should always learn something, then apply them to practice better, which imply that teachers are dual contradiction with students, just as teacher with education. In the perspective of practical existentialism, People and the world is a kind of relationship exists, rather than the opposite relationship of recognizing and being recognized, which is confined to the field of epistemology. The relationship between human and word which is a integration is developed by each other through practice. The dual contradiction between teachers and students as well as teachers and education disappear here. Teaching is generated by the interaction between teachers and students, which make teaching always possess the human's meaning. The mission of teacher is to realize the meaning in education,which unconcealed the humanity and ethical of teaching profession and provide a wide space for the teacher professional development.The purpose of teacher professional development is to make every teaching activities be abundant in meaning,as well as the teachers and students existence essentially in final.In order to make the teachers and students existence essentially, teachers need enjoy practical knowledge to realize the professional development. Practical knowledge which is shadowed by the stink of technical rationality is born in no specialization of human instinct. Teacher can realize the activation of practical knowledge by "understanding". Of course, the limitation of practical knowledge itself needs the education theory's intervention to overcome. In a word, under the perspevtive of practical existentialism, the approach of teacher professional development should transform form "recognize" to "understanding". The understanding means that teacher needs to be in education field as a way to approach the education. In the teacher research, teacher need to admit the subjective position of students in the process of research and the research is a process of common construction by teachers and students.
