The main research object of this paper is a teacher, especially for new teachers, in order to make the young teachers can be fully aware of the differences between teaching theory and teaching the true work as soon as possible to the new environment and better accomplish the teaching work, teaching tasks, from several aspects proposed acquisition and promotion of practical knowledge of feasible path.Through the method of literature review, this paper makes an in-depth understanding and analysis of teacher’s practical knowledge, and theoretically, it provides theoretical basis for this article. In the form of questionnaire, the specific performance of the lack of practical knowledge of new teachers was found, through the comparison of new and old teachers, the lack of new teachers in practical teaching.
