In2012our country issued the middle school teachers’ professional standard (tryout), primary school teachers’ professional standards (try out) and kindergartenteacher’s professional standards (try out), which is an important milestone inpromoting teachers’ professional development in our country. But the teachers’professional standards can be the basic identity of the teacher, and follow therequirement in the education teaching practice act, which is related to the teachers’professional standards can play its effect of important basis.This study the middle school teachers as the research object, examine them to themiddle school teachers’ professional standards (try out)"basic requirements"recognition degree of the project, and determine its reach the level of "basicrequirement", can in order to effectively implement the teachers’ professionalstandards, guide and promote teachers’ professional development to provide empiricalbasis. Researchers on the basis of the middle school teachers’ professional standards(try out)" basic requirement ", compiled the "middle school teachers’ professionalstandards (try out)" basic requirements and implementation esteemed degreequestionnaire, S city in Jilin province survey of235middle school teachers as theresearch object. From theperiod factor, the high school teachers’"basic requirements" of professional standardidentity degree is higher than the junior school teachers. From the age, below30yearsand36-50years teachers’ professional standards (try out)"basic requirements"identity degree is higher than other teachers. Look from teaching experience factor,there are more than16years’ experience of middle school teachers’"basicrequirements" of professional standard identity degree is higher than other teachers.2. Middle school teachers of whether they achieve the professional standards of"basic requirements", made a positive evaluation. But difference between demographic variables the self-evaluation.Look from the gender factor, female teachers’to achieve middle school teachers’professional standards (try out)"basic requirements" self-evaluation than maleteachers. From period of factor, high school teachers to achieve middle schoolteachers’ professional standards (try out)"basic requirements" self evaluation ishigher than the junior school teachers. From the age, under30and41to50years ofmiddle school teachers to achieve middle school teachers’ professional standards (tryout)"basic requirements" self evaluation is higher than other age groups. Look fromteaching experience factor, there are1~5years and21~25years’ experience of middleschool teachers to achieve the middle school teachers’ professional standards (tryout)"basic requirements" self assessment is higher than other teachers’ school ageperiod.
