In the new round of education development and personnel training wave, the teachers’ professionaldevelopment become an important factors that determining the quality of education, and establish the status ofteachers’ professional further for the teachers’ professional development provides the necessary conditions.With the continuous professional development of teacher’s theory, people realized that the teacher’sprofessional standards play a role in safeguarding the professional status of teachers, and thus the U.S. andBritain and other countries began to study teachers’ professional standards in the1980s. Nowadays, ourcountry has a rapid development of culture and economy, which needing lots of talents. But our country’sstandard of teachers’ professionalization study only in its infancy, just having a common standard. It is difficultto meet the demand of current education reform and teacher development, so it’s necessary to formulatedifferent professional standards of teachers’ professionalization.With the implementation of the new curriculum standards, primary and middle school physical educationteachers play an important role in guiding students to form a scientific and health psychology. However, due toa long-term lack of understanding of sports teachers’ professional status of primary and middle schools,coupled with the lack of professional standards in primary and middle school physical education teachers’professional standards, resulting in the actual work quite a part of the PE teachers’ career planning in the chaos,lack of enthusiasm, seriously affecting the quality of primary and middle school education. This paper aims tosummarize the successful experience of professional standards for teachers in European and American,combined with the problems in our primary and middle school and providing scientific reference for theconstruction of primary and middle school teachers’ professional standards.Through literature, comparative studies, interviews, the research object are PE teachers’ professionalstandards. Base on the teacher’s professional development theory and the theory of lifelong education. Analysisof the current construction of the primary and middle school sports teacher professional standards, and try tobuild beneficial professional standards for the PE teachers’ professional standard. The current issues ofteacher’s professional standards for the construction of primary and middle school sports are: In-serviceeducation stage, the sports education specialized courses is given priority to with professional courses,professional education curriculum, and more focused on the first two years of undergraduate; Focus on skillsmastery and project learning theory, but not to appear wide phenomenon, ignore the applicability of the actualwork with primary and secondary schools, resulting in pre-service education and training practices and postoffice misplaced; Physical education major students lack of competitiveness. Degree qualification to apply fora lower starting point; Teachers’ qualification system across the level of general problems; That periodic short,lack of a similar applicable period; The current qualification system of teachers, the split with the connectionof pre-service education stage. After working standard construction stage, due to the lack of professionalstandards, part of teachers’ career planning have no direction, I had a job burnout; Physical education teachersto be appointed after the inauguration of career confusion; after training the lack of direction; To solve theseproblems, combined with the successful experience of foreign inspiration, our primary and secondary school teachers in professional sports can build standard study on the basis of the following concepts: one, based onconditions reasonably learn from the experience, reflect regional differences; Second, on the basis of acomprehensive body of knowledge embodied Sports subject characteristics and achieve professionaldevelopment of primary and secondary physical education teachers; Third, pay attention to the standard ofpracticality and coherence, primary and secondary school physical education teachers to promote lifelonglearning. Macro support in building professional standards required is: first, the legal system and institutionalsafeguards; Second, policy and financial support. Paper finally according to the qualified physical educationteachers, the general physical education teachers and excellent teacher three phases, from professionalknowledge, professional skills and ethics three dimensions proposed a primary and secondary school physicaleducation teachers professional standard theory framework, hope to be able to work for the construction ofprimary and secondary school physical education teachers professional standards to provide the reference.
